1977 - 1979 Chief Accountant - Department of Industry. Negotiated and wrote North Sea Oil Royalty rules in comprehensible form, agreed with industry, on time.
1975 - 1977 Chief Accountant - Ministry of Defence. Early promotion from Senior Accountant. Investigated and negotiated costs, overhead rates and CP:CE ratios. Mainly electronics contractors, e.g. GEC/Marconi, Cossor and Racal.
